A 3 month (max) Christian homeless shelter for men. Men in this program must be actively seeking work, drug free, in by curfew and participate in nightly Bible Study.  Cereal type breakfast and supper are provided as well as beds and showers. The Refuge is a mission of JBM Outreach, Inc. A 501c3 ministry established to address homelessness, addiction and discipleship.
